California Farm Bureau Federation and Farm Employers Labor Service are teaming up with your county Farm Bureau to offer an essential in-person labor seminar regarding AB 2183. This agricultural employee unionization card check legislation was enacted on January 1, 2023. Are you ready? Barsamian and Moody, Attorneys at Law, will present the statutory changes to the Agricultural Labor Relations Act, including what card check is, labor peace elections, the administrative penalties, and appeal bond requirements in the new law.
The seminar is intended for owner-operators, managers, human resource personnel, farm labor contractors, and their representatives.
