We'll cover the benefits of having a transition plan, who needs one, and what needs to be done to put a plan in place to help minimize legal difficulties. You will also learn what is and what Long Term Care isn’t, the facts and the options that are available, the importance of having the conversation and the impact long term care can have on the best-laid plans.
